go to this link ( cer.opda.com) . Login or register there and then go to Button (Apply cer) .filled the form And also IMEI(obtain by dialing *#06#). Them go to button (submit).and wait for 24 hours. Next day your certificate is ready . Download it.also download free signer application from above given site cer.opda.com.and open free signer then =>option settings and insert your downloaded certificates and key.
