Phone with network support and dual SIM card already more and more users, because it easier for users and practical in using the network GPRS, EDGE, 3G/UMTS and HSDPA. With a network of data connections can make browsing the Internet, download content, check email, chat and others. Of network data connections HSDPA and UMTS is faster and superior in Internet access, compared to EDGE or GPRS.

Sometimes, we need faster access without passing through GPRS or EDGE, first. This is done when our phones has a network of support UMTS/3G or HSDPA. Using Symbian with the help of our third-party applications can connect to the network transfer data with ease.

Network Switcher is an application that has a function as the switching network data connections automatically from your phone. By using this application, will allow you to perform online access and browsing using a mobile phone. This app is just like the BtSwitch app without any GUI but whenever you press on the icon, it will cycle through the network mode (Dual mode / UMTS / GSM), so basically you don’t need to go through all the options to change the Network mode, but simply press it and network mode will change.

While installing, you will get Dual Mode option, if you click on it, you will get all three options for data connections in accordance with the connection network support. Some of these options is the Dual Mode, UMTS mode, and GSM Mode. However if you wanna only GSM/UMTS options, just uncheck the Dual mode option.
