iPhone Nano in Apple pipeline

Apple will issue a big budget to develop the iPhone nano in order to compete with Google Android handsets. A prototype version of the handset which is smaller and less expensive than the iPhone 4 will be made, although not yet certain when the device will arrive in the market.
Apple has been rumored to be releasing an alternative, possibly smaller, iPhone form-factor to expand its iPhone lineup.
