HTC Flyer Tablet PC with Android Honeycomb Specs

HTC officially announced its new first HTC Flyer Android Tablet PC in Mobile World Congress 2011. By looking into the Specs list of these HTC Flyer Android tablet PC, it is equipped with a 7-inch capacitive multitouch screen display with 1024×600 pixels resolution and it also runs with most powerful 1.5 Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, Android Honeycomb OS, 1GB of RAM for handling multi task apps, 5 megapixel auto focus camera with LED flash on back side, as well as 1.3 mega pixel camera on the front side, so users can make video calls with high video quality.

HTC has come forth to announce their tablet dubbed the Flyer. First and foremost the HTC Flyer will not be running Google Android Honeycomb but will instead run Gingerbread 2.4 with the company’s Sense UI.

It’s there a lot of software integrations involved with the Flyer: Sense UI updates, the stylus integration (allowing you to draw, paint, write, etc on the screen), and the new Online gaming service which allows you to stream games over the web. I’m glad gaming came up. How do you think the HTC Flyer is going to perform with the other devices as a gaming platform?. No word on pricing just yet but price HTC Flyer has told us that the Flyer should be shipping something in Q2 of this year.
