Google Nexus One getting Android 2.3 Gingerbread

Google employees Alvaro Fuentes Vasquez wrote a message on his page: “Preparing Nexus Android OTA update to 2.3 (Gingerbread) in the next few days. As we knows after  update the Android 2.2, Google’s mobile phone only upon internal reportedly likely to get the honor of being the first to receive an upgrade to the Android 2.3 (formerly known as 3.0).

Nexus previously received updates Android 2.2 during the summer, get it earlier than other devices with a matter of weeks.

OS android 3.0 also has a code to the attention of many media and observers, especially after Google’s operating system reportedly will be the topic at the launch of Samsung.


As we all know, Samsung has been towed to develop Google Nexus Two , Google phone replacement earlier. Despite receiving critical acclaim, failed Nexus Two far in terms of total sales. That’s because only ever sold online, and only through a web site owned by Google.
Android 2.3 update will bring a better interface interface, complete support for HTML5 Web browsing, GPS navigation system is new, and other enhancements to the internet browser. Previous reports have mentioned the Android 3.2
