Assassin’s Creed: Revelations HD new characters
New characters in Assassin’s Creed: Revelations when it releases this fall. Of course, we know that Ezio will return, and Altair will play some role in Desmond’s adventure.
The sequel which is said to end the trilogy, that is thought to be a mere introduction to the world of Assassin’s Creed, will seek to tie up some loose ends before trudging forward. Though that’s not stopping Ubisoft from throwing out some brand new period specific characters for the single and multiplayer components of the game.
Some of the new characters include Manuel Palaeologos, Sofia Sorto, Prince Suleiman and Yusuf Tazim. Two of the four new characters detailed in the GameInformer article are of actual historical presence. Manuel, once being an heir apparent to the Byzantine Empire, is a wealthy figure who left the political life behind to live in luxury. Prince Suleiman is known as Suleiman the Mangificant, a famous sultan of the Ottoman Empire. However, Ezio meets Suleiman as a young prince.
Two new fictional characters are also being thrown into the mix with Sorto and Tazin. Sorto is the love interest of Ezio, and is inspired by the famous painting by Albrecht Durer entitled Portrait of a Young Venetian Woman. Tazim is a fellow assassin who aids Ezio in navigating Constantinople by providing him with a weapon called the hook blade.
